TC001:As Attorney I am able to send messages on public stream

* LogIn as Attorney
* Click on messages and go to public stream
* Verify if user can send text messages 
* Verify if user can send any documents
* Verify if there is warning at the top of public stream 

TC002:As Attorney I am able to send messages on private stream

* LogIn as Attorney
* Click on messages and go to private stream
* Verify if user can send text messages 
* Verify if user can send any documents

TC003:As Attorney I am able to subscribe new stream

* LogIn as Attorney
* Click on messages and go to subscribe to stream
* Verify if user can subscribe to new stream
* Verify if user can add stream name
* Verify if user can add stream description
* Verify if user can update who can access the stream 
* Verify if user can update who can post to the stream 
* Verify if user can add people to the stream

TC004:As Attorney I am able to change settings

* LogIn as Attorney
* Click on messages and go to settings
* Verify if user can change settings of Message Centre
